Built all GTM infrastructure from scratch. Identified an untapped SaaS revenue stream, defined the product, and repositioned the company from services provider to technology-enabled innovator.
Audited sales history, discovered an unserved institutional segment, built the entire offering, pricing, positioning, and GTM strategy to open a market the company hadn't known existed.
Full ICP teardown, four buyer segments, territory expansion into three new locations, ABM strategy, referral engine generating 500–1,000 webinar RSVPs at 60% attendance.
Built and managed four simultaneous routes to market: direct field sales, 12 regional reps by geography and tier, 500+ retail partners, and 3 international distributors. Designed tiered sub-brands per retail segment. When existing motions couldn't serve demand, created a licensing model that added $12M+ in revenue.
